![]() | Much of the work is already done by our team to make it easier for you and help you gain precious time. All you then have to do is follow the procedure below to take advantage of all our know-how. |
Step 1 - The presentation sheet
Suppliers fill in the presentation sheet for their company, detailing their technical skills in it. Prime Contractors fill in the presentation sheet for their company, detailing their needs and what they are looking for.
Step 2 - ProFood technical catalogue
Three weeks before ProFood, you will receive the technical catalogue (confidential information). This folder brings together data sheets presenting Suppliers and Prime Contractors taking part in the business convention as well as the conference programme. Use this folder to contact future interlocutors who suit your interests and needs, but also state when you will be available and select the meetings you wish to attend.
Step 3 - Your meetings schedule
On the basis of the information provided in the catalogue, you can choose the people you wish to meet and the workshops you are interested in, and also specify when you will be available. The methodology and criteria for selection guarantee you will have targeted appointments. This means you can prepare your appointments in advance.
Step 4 - Validation of the supplier's requests
We then submit the list of Suppliers who wish to meet them to the Prime Contractors for validation.
Step 5 - ProFood 2010
One week before the event, you will receive your pre-programmed schedule of targeted and optimised appointments (From your choices and availability). All participants must strictly respect their appointment schedule. Interviews, to last 35 minutes, are conducted on the individual stands, meaning you benefit from peaceful surroundings and confidentiality. The organisation team is available on site to help schedule additional appointments.
